Lithium batteries and accumulators have been classed as hazardous goods for several years. Various regulations must be complied with in order to transport them properly. Only regularly trained employees are authorised to carry out shipping. This issue does not only concern specialist battery and radio retailers. Due to the increasing demand for pedelecs and e-bikes, specialised bicycle retailers also have to deal with the shipping of dangerous goods.
We offer our customers approved training specifically for road and rail transport (ADR/RID). The focus is only on batteries and accumulators, which significantly simplifies the subject matter. The aim of the training course is to train participants to become recognised specialists in the shipping of lithium batteries/accumulators.
