On Friday, 12 March 2021, the big move to our new warehouse was imminent. Thanks to the very good planning/moving preparations, the move was completed successfully and on schedule over the weekend. Also thanks to the great performance of everyone who helped. Everything Corona-compliant, of course, and with daily Corona quick tests before work begins. As of today, Monday, our logistics department is fully operational again and the warehouse/logistics staff can carry out their work as usual. 

With the larger and modern warehouse, Akkuplanet GmbH is adapting to the changed customer requirements. The new building will make our logistics even more efficient, and we will be able to offer our customers an even wider range of products.

In addition to economic and aesthetic aspects, sustainability and environmental friendliness played an important role in the planning. Thanks to a photovoltaic system on the entire roof of the new building, we can generate a large part of our own electricity and store it temporarily using battery storage.
